Michelle Obama (pictured above with class valedictorian Jordan Smiley) addressed the graduating class of D.C.'s Anacostia Senior High School at their graduation ceremony yesterday. There were 176 graduates of the once segregated school and Mrs. Obama delivered their seventy second commencement address. A commentor of the article we read stated that this is one school that neither Mr. or Mrs. W would have ever addressed (because of the neighborhood), and they are right.
