SPOTTED: BRANDY GETS BRAND-NEW ON THE SUNSET STRIP...

Brandy (and her huge designer bag) looks cute and happy at Sunset Plaza on the strip (as she should!). And, is she startin' to curve up on us??? Go on, Bran!
