You probably remember Wesley being in trouble back in 2008 for not filing taxes with the IRS (from 1999- 2001). Well, those unfiled taxes resulted in monies owed to the tune of nearly $12,000,000.00 (yes twelve million). He was found guilty of tax evasion and sentenced to 36 months in jail but he appealed the sentence claiming it was "unreasonable". The Federal Appeals court has denied his appeal, guaranteeing him jail time. A surrender date has not yet been disclosed. We recall him blaming the non filings on an accountant. Not sure whether or not this is true.
Meh. Probably not. But this reminds us of a cardinal rule handed down by Oprah, "Always sign YOUR checks YOURSELF!" [

Yeah, he seemed to be under the radar for a while there. It's too bad he didn't handle his business and now has to go to jail for it. He is a husband and father after all. Damn shame.
