TYRA BANKS IS BEING SUED BY MOTHER OF FORMER 'SEX ADDICT' GUEST...

This story is just crazy. Apparently the mother of a former guest on "The Tyra Show" is suing Tyra and executive producers of "The Tyra Show" claiming they acted irresponsibly with her 15-year old daughter. See, what had happened was, the daughter applied to an open casting call for "sex addicts".  Well, she got picked. Pop the Trunk for the rest + video of the girl's show segment...


Producers called the girl, had her picked up by a limo, and then flew her to NY, where she was put up in a hotel, before ultimately filming the show. During filming the daughter discussed her "sex addiction" and other personal details of her life. Afterward she was paid for her appearance.

Now, while all of this is going on, her mother says she had no idea of any of it and was worried sick, even filed a missing persons report with the police. Well, now she knows and she's pissed. Pissed enough to file a 3 million dollar lawsuit. She says Tyra and her producers were negligent for allowing the minor to do the show without her parent's consent and/or presence. She adds that it put her daughter in a dangerous position because the show was viewed by all kinds of pedophiles and sexual deviants (how she knows this we aren't sure).

We happen to agree about the negligence. Why didn't they speak to her parents (or guardian) before all of those arrangements were made? Most likely because of the show topic, but they should know better. But there's something not right on the mother's end too. Where was she when all of this was going on? We realize 15 not an age where you're holding their hand all day...but still. Anyhoo, watch the interview below. SMH!
