Anyone else watching the TV show "V" on channel 7? (if not, check it out on line @ abc.go.tv!) Well, talk is that we are headed for an age where the aliens are de-cloaked (unmasked) and living among us as part of one big happy(?) family. Scientist, Stephen Hawking says in an interview with PBS's Charlie Rose that they are up to no good and it is imperative that humans explore and conquer new living quarters out in the cosmos, ASAP. He says it's vital for the survival of the human race 'cause otherwise we're doomed just waiting for this alien-on-earth party like sitting ducks.
Hmmm, sounds like another excuse about why our gov't is set on planting our flag on Mars. The question really isn't do aliens exist (you can't be that closed minded!), but how will they exist if they decide to openly colonize Earth. Scientist Stephen Hawking seems to feel that they will come, ravage our resources and then Peace Out. Except for the "peacing out" part, sounds a lot like the RE-colonization of America. You know, when the pale faces deceived the Indians and eventually murdered them and the legacy of their ancestors, pissed and shyited a whole eternity's worth all over their sacred grounds, robbed them of everything? Yea, that. Sounds like it's comin' right back 'round. If this scenario that he describes is remotely possibly true wouldn't it be America's ultimate karma? Wow.
A commenter of this (original) article likened the scenario to the aliens having drank up all of their planet's petroleum which for them is an energy drink. They come here, suck up all of ours with a middle finger up and a buh-bye just before peacing out (disappearing into the universe). Change the petro to water or any other natural resource and think about it.
