Our Halle was seen out and about with this dude whom TMZ has labeled "a mystery man". Ummm. WTF? Not to be mean, but as a commenter posted on TMZ's original post: "He looks like someone you'd pick up after a heavy night of drinking!" They said it, not us!
What a mean thing to say about the poor guy...
