Things are getting ugly the fight over Michael Jackson's estate. TMZ is reporting that Papa Joe is blaming Momma Katherine for Michael's death by claiming "she refused to keep him cheered up" and kept too much of a distance for not wanting to invade his privacy.
Huh? It seems Joe was intentionally cut out of Michael's will and he's fighting this fact and trying to get a court appointed allowance. Katherine in the meantime had been giving him a monthly allowance out of the kindness of her heart, but that's come to a halt because of his mouthing off and telling untruths about Katherine. No her attorneys are fighting back and it's u-g-l-y.
Damn Shame.

I feel so bad for this family. Joe needs to get a grip. He has been in the media ever since Michaels death. Speaking as if he's speaking on behalf of the family. Partying in Vegas and LA as if he's some teenage boy. Catherine has every right to stop giving him an "allowance" too old for that anyway. Its about time she's faces him.

He has NEVER been a father 2 his children...Him and Jermaine (however u spell it) boil my hide something awful...Ma'ma Katherine shouldnt have given him 1 red cent, but she just has a good soul...but enough is enough!!! Mind u whoever parties with him is just as tasteless....
