IN BP NEWS: SEEPAGE NEAR THE WELL CAP IS DETECTED, SAID TO BE UNRELATED TO SPILL... (YEAH, AND WE HAVE A BRIDGE WE'D LIKE TO SELL YA)

The cap is on tight and yet now there's seepage but they say it's "likely unrelated". So, the monitoring continues. The fighting continues. The damage continues. Will President Obama's new national ocean protection policy have an immediate impact... or any at all? Wonder what all of the sea-life would say if they had a voice and could express themselves?
