Bridget Kelly. What can we say? She's beautiful, talented, and smart. And, Jay Z and team clearly think so too 'cause she's Roc Nation's newest leading lady. Though, the 23 year old stunner has been signed as a singer and songwriter to Jay's label for a little over a year, we are just now getting to see her sparkle on stage. Her debut, in fact, was filling in for Alicia Keys on the Rock the Bells tour on the "New York State of Mind" track.
