Love this show! It's awesome insight into the working world of a mogul. And, Russell Simmons is no ordinary mogul. The premise is actually the two interns who are competing for a job, however, within that you get a whole lot more. A whole lot...as you can see with this clip. So much, we don't know where to begin. Fine azz Tyson Beckford was part of last week's episode. Need we say more? It airs on Oxygen. Check it out sometime.
