Word is, a Las Vegas judge as RE-issued an arrest warrant for Floyd Mayweather, Jr. stemming from an alleged incident involving him putting hands on a security guard during a parking dispute. Apparently, he received two parking tickets outside of his Vegas home and flipped out on a Mo'Fo. The warrant was originally issued then recalled on December 7th. But when the judge learned he was being accused of giving Mayweather celebrity treatment, he re-issued the warrant.
Oopsie! Mayweather faces 6 months in jail and $1000 fine, if convicted.
*UPDATE* Mayweather was apprehended and arrested last night in a Vegas casino last night, where he went to spend his riches KNOWING there was a warrant out for his arrest.
A security guard noticed him and called for back-up.
Word is, he's still in lock-up
but surely he'll bail out before being stuck in there over the weekend.
*UPDATE II* Floyd was released this morning and issued a January 24th court date when he will face charges for this case, as well as the one filed against him by
his baby's momma, Josie Harris.
