Reportedly, Kara DioGuardi has been fired from the show and none other than Jennifer Lopez is said to be her replacement. Kara's survival was based on whether or not Lopez would sign on and according to reports, she has officially done so. Simon's departure has been all the buzz and they're saying rocker Steven Tyler will sit in his seat. And, Ellen DeGeneres quit. Randy's contract has another year on it, and he hasn't been fired, so it's assumed he'll remain-- at least for now.
