Former NBA player, Antoine Walker (pictured above with ex-fiance' Evelyn Lozada of "Baskeball Wives" fame) was order by a judge yesterday to face trial for nearly $1 million owed in unpaid gambling debts three different Las Vegas casinos. Apparently, in Las Vegas, unpaid gambling markers are the equivalent to writing bad checks. If convicted, Walker could face up to 12 years in prison. [BV On Money]
And, while Antoine boils in hot water over casino debts, his ex-fiance, Evelyn Lozada parties hardy with Al Reynolds (Star Jones's ex-husband) and singer Bobby Valentino at Al Reynolds's birthday party (all pic'd above). Looks like she missed a bullet, yea? [Bourgy]
According to Radar online Basketball Wives cast member Suzie Ketcham (ex-girlfriend of NBA star Michael Olowokondi) was said to be escorted off the the Reunion show in police handcuffs after throwing a bucket of water on surprise guest "Sandra" aka "Plastic Surgery" the alleged groupie who Suzie threw a glass of water on during one of the show's episodes (see moving image after the jump. haaaa!).

WHAT CHILLI WANTS, is still the most fun out of the line-up! She keeps it real and is serious about her mission to find love. We love the cameos (Missy Elliot!) and the inside look at her everyday life. This show is a winner. Oh-- and she and Floyd Mayweather need to just get it in and stop playin. Just our opinion. "Relationsip expert" Tionna Smalls keeps the straight-talk real too and she is great for Chilli. Hopefully Ms. Chilli will start paying attention (listening!) so she can get a man! Basketball wives was good but good in the way of a trainwreck not a good time. It's getting sadder and sadder each ep but we can't help but watch. This clip spotlights Royce (the Magic & Heat dancer/ baby daddy NBA baller Dwight Howard) blessing Evelyn with a dance for her birthday. She didn't show up to dinner but suddenly waltzes in with a mic in her hand and a posse behind her ready to mop the floor with their coochies. Surprisingly, we like Royce. She's the UNDERDOG like us and we can appreciate her hustle. Watch the clip, here and enjoy!
As we previously posted, VH1 aired the debut of Shaunie O'Neil's "Basketball Wives" last night but that wasn't the only card up their sleeve. With "BBall Wives" we also got a taste of Brandy and RayJ's "Family Business", and Rozanda "Chilli" Thomas's (of TLC fame) new reality dating show, "What Chilli Wants". Of the three, Chilli's show was the most fun. She definitely doesn't hold back when spelling out what she's looking for in a man (fine from the neckdown/washboard abs, packing down there, doesn't drink or smoke for starters), and relationship expert, Tionna Smalls (an oxymoron when you see her breastsesses, Lol) is not one to play with. The two of them make for an interesting pair in this quest for Chilli's new love. There is no lacking here when it comes to man candy and we have a sweet toothe for this show already! On another note, the Norwoods are a little more tame when giving us a peek into their family business but it's interesting to say the least. Especially, to see Brandy in this light. We love her, but she needs more people when it comes to the hair and makeup! We should not be able to SEE the lacefront on the wig, Bran! You must see the show to understand. One thing is for sure, Momma Norwood is noooo joke and is a big part of the show's draw. We will stay tuned (via DVR) for these shows on Sunday nights. Good job, VH1! (full episode below):
Ohhhh, People, here we go! So, we watched the premiere of "Basketball Wives", the new reality show on VH1 executive produced by Shaunie O'Neil, ex-wife (or soon to be ex?) of basketball legend, Shaquille O'Neil. Drama, drama, drama is all we can say. Last night was just the introduction and a little slow for our taste, how-e-va, judging by the preview of the upcoming episodes, this bitch-fest will be a doozy. It's a trainwreck in slow motion for real and we are onboard for every decapitated limb, impaled body-part, so on and so forth. Bring it on! And, thanks to Shaunie O. for being the G that she is and bringing us the dirt on a silver platter (ala VH1). We will stay tuned!
