Word is, this past Friday, Tony also filed for divorce, only in Texas where courts take 2 months to finalize as opposed to the minimum of 6 months in L.A., where Eva previously filed. Another tidbit being reported is that Eva's divorce fillings references the existence of a prenup, where Tony's indicates the opposite. Additionally, Tony's reps are said to be doing everything possible to keep his newly signed $50 million contract (!) with the Spurs from going into the community property pool.
