Despite efforts to have his payments reduced to $215 from $3,000 per month, he hasn't had much luck. It's unfortunate that his legacy has come to this. A damn shame, actually.  A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge has refused to ban Dr. Conrad Murray from continuing to practice medicine in the state of California while awaiting his trail in Michael Jackson's involuntary man slaughter case. According to reports, Jackson family members are crying that Dr. Murray, Michael's personal physician at the time of his death, is merely the fall guy in a murder conspiracy surrounding the pop star's death.
