Huh? We don't closely follow the Palins, and the last we saw of Levi was on Kathy Griffin's D-List reality show (which was funny as hell) where there was no indication that he and Bristol were back together. But now, they're engaged??? And, from the cover type it seems Momma Palin was unaware of this new development too. It also reads like she and her VP run could have been the cause for their breakup. We are no fans of Palin but we are always about family, children and doing the right thing, so good for them!
