LINDSAY LOHAN IS COMPLEX , BUT WILL SHE ACTUALLY TURN HERSELF IN TODAY AS SCHEDULED?

Where else but Hollywood does one appear on a fashion magazine cover before doing jail time? Hopefully, she will actually do the time and finally get her ish together. Ohhh, if only we were gamblers!
