Jean Gregoire Sagbo is being called the "Russian Obama". Not sure if Obama was an influence in Sagbo's being elected but nevertheless, he was! Yup, Sagbo is Russia's first elected Black Official-- 1 of 10 of the city of Novozavidovo's "Municipal Counselors". красивый! (Nice!)
