The "Bell 8" faced the judge today and 2 of the bastards bailed out of jail. But the fat cats, Robert Rizzo and former Mayor Hernandez, are still behind bars at Twin Towers where they belong. Rizzo faces up to 58 years in prison as he faces a long list of counts. The minimum amount of jail time out of all the offenders is 10 years, for former Assistant City Manager Angela Spaccio. One of three audits uncovered yet more fraudulently financial activity according to the L.A. Times. It's not looking pretty for these thieves. And, sucks for them that it's election time too.
