DIDDY'S BEING SUED FOR AGE DISCRIMINATION...

A former Bad Boy Entertainment employee, one who claims she is responsible for "launching the careers of various urban music artists", including that of Diddy's, is suing him for $12 million claiming she was fired for being old and disabled. Yep, 51 year old Francesca Spero says she was laid up in 2008 after hip surgery when Diddy told her she could "no longer run around" and that "she was being paid too much money for someone who could no longer keep up with his fast-paced lifestyle", according to the lawsuit. Here's the statement from Diddy's spokesperson:
"This is a grab for money by someone who concedes in her complaint to having had a drug relapse while on the job and an employer who was not satisfied with her work.  There are many reasons why Ms. Spero is no longer employed by Bad Boy, but age discrimination is not one of them."
Seems as though Diddy is not backing down from this. Should be interesting... [Source]
