SHOULD WE BE MAD AT THE JUDGE WHO JUST OVERTURNED THE SEX OFFENDER RESIDENCE LAW?

So, an L.A. judge has ruled that it is unconstitutional for sex offenders to have residency restrictions. O_o Yep, the judge says that in some cities homelessness is the only option because parks and schools in residential neighborhoods are so abundant. The judge also stated that the proximity from a park or school does not affect a sex offender's behavior one way, or the other. (So is the judge saying that the sick sex offending bastard is going to do his dirty deeds either way it goes?) That sex offender app that Antoine Dodson is pushin' isn't lookin' so bad now is it?
