ReplyDeleteHe gets a bad rap sometimes. Whitney may have gone overboard, but I do hope people give him his props as a pioneer in the industry. He is part of my life's foundation with New Edition and his solo projects...SICK!
To get a soundtrack joint back in the day...for Ghostbusters II at that; a popular franchise, he had it going on and people WERE on notice.
Sure, his and his wife's antics sorta eclipse his magnitude...yes he has magnitude...but I dare ANYONE to pop some B. Brown into the cd/mp3 player and see how it rocks your spirit.
