40 MILLION LEFTOVER SWINE FLU VACCINATIONS SET TO EXPIRE, AKA $260 MILLION U.S. DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN...

The government sure knows how to burn up some money. So, I'm sure ya'll remember the Swine Flu epidemic that had everybody running to get those chip implants H1N1 and other Flu Vaccines, right? Well, now the epidemic is over (we think) and all of those vaccinations that Big Phama encouraged the gov't to buy have expired and reportedly since been incinerated.


Another batch, about 30 million more, are set to expire soon but The Department of  Health and Human Services says that it was better to have too many than too few.  Interestingly, a spokesperson from the Food and Drug Administration confirmed that the order was a lot by historical standards. All we can do is scratch our heads and wait and see how the gov't handles the next big health scare. Well done, Wold Health Organization. Well, done. [Gawker]
