According to TMZ, Michael Lohan's fiance', Kate Major, filed charges on him for physically attacking her on Monday. She claims they argued (about their upcoming reality show???) and then he attacked her causing enough injury for her to go to the hospital. Supposedly, this all happened just before Michael Lohan left for daughter Lindsay's surrender to the court for the start of her jail sentence. If he is charged and convicted, he will probably go BACK to jail.
SMH Of course, he denies he touched her and says she's making it all up. (Sigh) Poor Lindsay, never had a chance, did she? [
