It is evident that since  Michael's death last June 25th, they've been much more visible to the public and there's talk that they may even begin attenting a normal private school under the care of their grandmother, Katherine.  A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge has refused to ban Dr. Conrad Murray from continuing to practice medicine in the state of California while awaiting his trail in Michael Jackson's involuntary man slaughter case. According to reports, Jackson family members are crying that Dr. Murray, Michael's personal physician at the time of his death, is merely the fall guy in a murder conspiracy surrounding the pop star's death. 

JOE JACKSON WAS CUT OUT OF MICHAEL'S WILL, NOW BLAMING MOM KATHERINE FOR HIS DEATH??? WTF?!

Things are getting ugly the fight over Michael Jackson's estate. TMZ is reporting that Papa Joe is blaming Momma Katherine for Michael's death by claiming "she refused to keep him cheered up" and kept too much of a distance for not wanting to invade his privacy. Huh? It seems Joe was intentionally cut out of Michael's will and he's fighting this fact and trying to get a court appointed allowance. Katherine in the meantime had been giving him a monthly allowance out of the kindness of her heart, but that's come to a halt because of his mouthing off and telling untruths about Katherine. No her attorneys are fighting back and it's u-g-l-y. Damn Shame. And, we know Michael is turning over in his grave. [TMZ]
