 Our beloved queen of talk, Oprah Winfrey, has reportedly gifted each and every one of her O Magazine staff members a $10,000 check and a shiny new  iPad in honor of the mag's 10 year anniversary. Again each and every staff member received these gifts, no matter how long they've been with the company. *sigh* We need an Oprah in our lives, stat. [NY Post]
