THE HOLLYWOOD MEMO: GOSSIP GIRL'S TAYLOR MOMSEN TAKES BEING 16-- AND STRIPPER SHOES-- TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL!

  Miss Thang is just too grown, ain't she? Guess being a working mainstream actress with a rock band will do that for you. Parents, anyone? Is the look she's rockin' (above pic), you know, the on-stage cigarette, trampy lingerie and the tip-holding stripper shoes, a healthy sampling of what 16 looks like now-a-days? Or is it yet another Hollywood projection of their brand of Youth Culture? Well, we don't know about you but we got the memo!

But is wasn't so long ago that she was flip flopping around in her Tarina Tarantino dress (above pic). Whaat happeeened??? We liked that look for her. Yea, it's a short dress, but even more-so it's fresh and cute. But who are we??? Looks like a scene right out of Gossip Girl (a whole other false projection for youth culture), and it might be 'cause we're sure Ms. Taylor hasn't dressed like that there on her down time in for-everrr.
