No, that look is not the after-effect of a lobotomy, Cassie's new hairstyle is that of a Rock Star...or, so she thinks. She pulled this obvious PR stunt for attention, and she got it. It's sooo circa 1984 but we're kinda diggin' it. She didn't get down like Britney did but then Britney didn't look this good, either. Good job! Here's what she had to say via Twitter:
