We decided to post this because it includes that "little slip" made by Chief of Protocol, Capricia Penavic Marshall. It looked much worse played in slow motion on the news. Wow, Chief of Protocol for the Obama Administration is a big title... how em-barrass-innnng for her!!! Then again, she's still Chief of Protocol.
