A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge has refused to ban Dr. Conrad Murray from continuing to practice medicine in the state of California while awaiting his trail in Michael Jackson's involuntary man slaughter case. According to reports, Jackson family members are crying that Dr. Murray, Michael's personal physician at the time of his death, is merely the fall guy in a murder conspiracy surrounding the pop star's death.
Joe Jackson's attorney is said to be preparing to file a civil suit, though against exactly whom, is still unknown.

Katherine and Joe Jackson were seen walking into the courtroom together and sitting side-by-side in the front row of he courtroom. It is unknown whether or not the two actually arrived together but clearly they are presenting a united front against the powers that be in this case. This, despite the fact that Joe is legally warring with Katherine for monies from the estate, which Katherine now manages. You see, Joe was intentionally cut out of Michael's will...and he ain't havin' it. [Per TMZ, the two didn't reall speak to each other in court, and Joe seemed to have dozed off behind his sunglasses. Jermaine, Randy and LaToya were also there to lend family support.
