WORLD LEADERS HAVE 'TIL 2013 TO CUT BUDGET DEFICITS IN HALF, WHAT WILL THAT MEAN FOR THE MASSES?

20 Leaders of the world's biggest economies (G-20) met in Toronto this past weekend to come up with solutions to the world's economic troubles. The end result is an agreement that each country will have slashed their individual deficits in half by the year 2013, each in their own way and at their own pace. You know what that means for social welfare, health and educational programs, right?! A cut here, a cut there, here a cut, there a cut, everywhere a cut-cut! [L.A. Times] Sidebar: There was also a G8 Summit in nearby Huntsville, Ont. where leaders met for worldly discussion which we are still researching. It took 19,000 officers to secure both meetings over the weekend. [CBC News]
