Miley was filmed at a party in her L.A. home 5 days after her (November 23rd) 18th birthday. Word is, it's not marijuana she's inhalin' but a hallucinogenic herb called salvia, which has "psychedelic qualities." Another term for "it trips you out". But we hear the "trip" only lasts 5 minutes, or so. Plus, it's legal in California. So, what's the big whoop? (How about ANYTHING could've been in that bong and they will say it's NOTHING. Okay, that's all.) If it's anything for concern, we'll know the truth soon enough!
