The premise of the episode -- titled The tale of Scrotie McBoogerBalls -- was based on a banned book, which in the wrong hands, could inspire one to kill. Sure enough, the cartoon incarnation of Kardashian family -- Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and even mom Kris and step-dad Bruce Jenner -- were wiped out via the fire of a crazed gunman. [Radar Online]
