Ahhh,the joys of parenthood. During his speech at a Kansas City fundraiser, President Obama decided to discuss daughter Malia, 12, and how she's still his "baby" even though she's 5'9 (!). He also discussed how he's pleased about her braces because they keep her looking young. It is very endearing the way he lights up when he talks about her TO THE WHOLE WORLD. Wonder how she feels about her father, The President of the United States, talking about how she's "starting to look too old" while speaking on a public platform. Hopefully, he won't get too personal with these types of sidebars in the future. You know, "Oh, Malia just got her first her period","Malia got her first real bra", "Malia has a crush on a boy in her class name ______". Lol! That age is bad enough but to have your dad talk about you to the entire world on TV must be the worst. A small price to pay though, yeah? [Politico]
