You probably remember Wesley being in trouble back in 2008 for not filing taxes with the IRS (from 1999- 2001). Well, those unfiled taxes resulted in monies owed to the tune of nearly $12,000,000.00 (yes twelve million). He was found guilty of tax evasion and sentenced to 36 months in jail but he appealed the sentence claiming it was "unreasonable". The Federal Appeals court has denied his appeal, guaranteeing him jail time. A surrender date has not yet been disclosed. We recall him blaming the non filings on an accountant. Not sure whether or not this is true.
