R.I.P. DENNIS HOPPER...

Actor Dennis Hopper passed away following his battle with Prostate Cancer. His 50-film career included film classics such as: "Easy Rider" (in which he acted and directed), "Blue Velvet", "Rebel Without a Cause", "Apocalypse Now", and our fave, "Colors". Most recently he starred in the cable tv drama, "Crash" (which we loved), based on the award winning film. The press refer to Dennis as a "hell raiser" and a "hard living actor" because of reported drug abuse, temper tantrums, and domestic violence. These things and his choice of poor movie roles are said to have at times made him a "Hollywood pariah". Nobody can't say Dennis Hopper didn't live! He was 74 years old at the time of his death.

Sidebar: First Gary Coleman, now Dennis...we can't help but wonder who will be the 3rd to go? You know it's a thing with Hollywood deaths...always in 3's. Or are we counting Britney Murphy's Widower? Though he wasn't an actor, he has definitely been a part of the Hollywood weird-dom... Hmmm.
