This video is very very scary. If you notice, the suspect spotted his victim walking on the street, while a passenger in a white van. The van pulls into the alley and the suspect then jumps out with the intent of snatching the woman's large purse. She hung on for dear life though, didn't she? He swung her around, beat on her, and yet she did not let go. Not the smartest move but it worked for her. Thankfully, he didn't take it further by hurting her more seriously, even stabbing or shooting her. Looks like any and everywhere we go, the pepper spray must be in-hand and ready for action.
