Yep, after just 2 weeks Ted said "Peace Out" to the Texas rehab facility that Dr. Phil helped check him into for a 3 month stay. No details about his abrupt departure have been reported just yet but it doesn't sound good. Clearly, he needs help. Did you see the Dr. Phil episodes with him and his family and girlfriend? Drama for ya mama. Word is, he headed straight to the airport after going AWOL. Dr. Phil stated: "We certainly hope that he continues his commitment to sobriety, and we will continue to help and support him in any way that we can..." We're praying for him!
